摘要
本文以淀粉、植物纤维为对象,提出一种单边空腔自由发泡工艺,可弥补以往生物原料自身属性缺陷,促进复合材料成型工艺与性能提升。在成型工艺方面,主要介绍了整体透气钢镶嵌设计、自动回弹空腔设计以及排气孔设计,有效避免发泡喷料现象产生,实现发泡过程的柔性控制。在性能方面,通过试验探究的方式,重点对复合薄膜的机械性能、防水性能与表面性能进行分析。力求通过本文研究,制备出性能更加优良的全降解生物制品,对推动可持续发展具有重要意义。
This paper takes starch and plant fiber as the object,and proposes a unilateral cavity free foaming process,which can make up for the defects of the original biological raw materials and promote the improvement of composite material molding process and performance.In terms of molding process,it mainly introduces the overall breathable steel inlay design,the automatic rebound cavity design and the vent design,which can effectively avoid the foaming and spraying phenomenon and realize the flexible control of the foaming process.In terms of performance,through experimental exploration,the focus is on the analysis of the mechanical properties,waterproof performance and surface properties of the composite film.It strives to prepare fully degradable biological products with better performance through the research of this paper,which is of great significance to promote sustainable development.
