摘要
快速定量装车站的定量仓称重系统在使用过程中,易因角差出现偏载,以致出现称量误差较大的问题。对不同类型定量仓的称重原理进行了介绍,并通过角差机理分析了称重过程偏载导致称重误差的原因,提出了解决方法,减小了称重误差。
During the service of the weighting system of the weighing bin in the rapid quantitative loading station,it is prone to unbalanced load due to angle difference,which leads to considerable weighting error.In the paper,after the weighing principle of various weighing bins being introduced,the cause of weighing error due to unbalanced load during weighing process was analyzed based on angle difference mechanism.And then,the solution was put forward,so as to reduce the weighing error.
