摘要
针对提升机天轮装置在运行中出现的异响问题,从轴瓦的受力入手,对异响形成的原因进行分析,一般与轴瓦连接螺栓的断裂有关。从提高轴瓦螺栓抗剪切力、改善轴瓦耐磨特性等角度,提出加装定位键、应用锌基合金轴瓦、改善天轮装置结构等解决方案,对于旧结构天轮装置的升级改造及返厂维修有一定的指导意义。
In view of the abnormal noise of the head sheave during the operation of the floored multi-rope friction hoist,the causes of the abnormal noise were analyzed starting from the force state of the bearing bush,and it was considered that it usually related to the bolts of the bearing bush.To enhance the anti-shearing stress of the bolt of the bearing bush and improve the anti-abrasion properties of the bearing bush,the solutions were put forward such as applying zinc-matrixed alloy bearing bush,bettering the structure of the head sheave etc.The solutions were of some guidance significance for the upgrading reconstruction and return-to-factory repair of the head sheave.
