摘要
针对研山铁矿由于围岩和夹石的混入,造成入选矿石品位波动大,目前所用磁滚筒预先抛尾效果不理想的问题,在原矿性质分析的基础上,介绍了快速磁翻转高场强磁滚筒特点及原理,并进行了工业生产调试,确定了 CTX0816 磁滚筒运转工艺参数。对比试验的结果表明,CTX0816 磁滚筒干选效果较好,抛尾产率均在 17% 以上,甩尾磁性铁含量较低,干选精矿品位可以提高 2 个百分点以上。
Due to the addition of wall rock and gangue to the iron ores in Yanshan Iron Mine,the grade of feeding ores fluctuated greatly,therefore the preliminary tailings discard effects of the magnetic drum were poor.After the nature of the raw ore being analyzed,the features and principle of the fast magnetic turnover high-intensity magnetic drum were introduced.And then,the debugging of industrial production was conducted,and the operating parameters of CTX0816 magnetic drum were determined.The results of contrast test showed CTX0816 magnetic drum was of excellent dry separation effects with tailings discard yield above 17%.The tailings contained less magnetic iron,and the concentrate grade after dry separation increased by two percentage points.
