杆塔结构两种主斜材连接节点研究

摘要 当斜材两个螺栓直接打在主材上不满足构造要求时,常用两种连接形式:把内侧斜材伸入主材与拉出主材。依托实际工程,选取代表性节点,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对两种不同的节点进行非线性力学性能分析,同时也对比了两种节点的钢材用量及施工便捷性。分析结果表明,斜材直接打在主材上的节点力学性能优于斜材拉出主材的节点连接,两种节点用钢量基本相当,斜材拉出主材的节点施工便捷性明显优于斜材伸入主材内部的节点连接。 When the distance between the bolt and the edge of the angle doesn’t satisfy the request of the related standard, there are usually two kinds of forms of the connection. One type is the diagonal member stretched into the principal member, the other is hauled out. Based on the practical engineering, the two kinds of connections are nonlinear analyzed by ABAQUS. The quantity of the steel and convenience of construction of the two connections are also compared. Result shows that the mechanical property of diagonal member stretched into the principal member is better than hauled out. The quantity of the steel of the two connections is almost the same. The construction convenience of the connections with diagonal member hauled out the principal members is ob-viously better than that with diagonal members stretched into the principal members.
