迪拜地区火电厂除灰系统设计难点及对策

摘要 针对国际电力工程设计在设计和审查过程中遇到的设计理念、设计习惯、标准及工作方式等方面的差异和难点,以迪拜地区哈斯彦火力发电厂除灰系统为例进行介绍和分析,提出对策及解决方案:结合合同条款及工程实际自主构建迪拜地区电力工程标准构架,设计模式及图纸表达采用“二维+三维同框”出图方式;在三维平台中实现所有管道的仪表测点精确设计等。实践证明,该对策和结论可应用于全部按照美国标准设计的工程实践中。 In view of the differences and difficulties in the design concept,design habits,standards and working methods encountered in the design and review process of international power engineering design,this paper introduces and analyzes the ash removal system of hasyan thermal power plant in Dubai.Put forward countermeasures and solutions:combined with the contract terms and engineering practice,independently build the standard framework of power engineering in Dubai,adopt the"two dimensional+three dimensional frame"drawing method for design mode and drawing expression,and realize the accurate design of instrument measuring points of all pipelines in the three dimensional platform,and so on.Practice has proved that the countermeasures and conclusions can be applied to all engineering practices designed according to American standard.
