Market competitiveness optimization and countermeasure analysis of feed enterprise economic management

经济管理行为是企业通过制定并执行一定的管理政策和手段,使得企业能够有效实现既定的战略目标,进而帮助企业提升市场竞争力,获得更高的利润。由于企业之间的类型和发展规模相差较大,因此企业采用的经济管理模式也各有不同,不能简单的一概而论,对企业经济管理模式及市场竞争力进行分析有重要的意义。我国的饲料企业数量较多,以中小规模的民营经济企业为主,对我国的市场经济发展有重要的推动作用。但由于饲料企业在进行经济管理中存在经济管理理念和管理方式落后,技术手段和人才建设不足等问题,不利于提升企业的市场竞争力,甚至制约了企业的发展。因此,本文对饲料企业的经济管理现状和优化对策进行分析,以期为饲料企业发展提供建议。

The economic management behavior of the enterprise is that the enterprise through the formulation and implementation of certain management policies and means,so that the enterprise can effectively achieve the established strategic objectives and development direction,and then help the enterprise to enhance the market competitiveness,obtain higher profits.Due to the large difference in types and development scale among enterprises,the economic management mode adopted by enterprises is also different,so it can not be simply generalized.It is of great significance to analyze the economic management mode and market competitiveness of enterprises.There are many feed enterprises in China,mainly small and mediumsized private economic enterprises,which play an important role in promoting the development of China’s market economy.However,there are some problems in the economic management of feed enterprises,such as the economic management concept and management mode is backward,technical means are insufficient,insufficient talent construction and other problems,which is not conducive to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,and even restrict the development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper analyzed the current situation of economic management and optimization countermeasures of feed enterprises,and provided suggestions for the development of feed enterprises.
