摘要
经过多年的改革,我国产业结构、全球贸易和经济环境都发生了巨大的变化,饲料行业也深受影响,中小型饲料企业面临着诸多挑战和不确定因素。为了推动中小型饲料企业进一步发展,人才是企业持续发展的重要因素之一。本文深入分析了目前中小型饲料企业优秀员工激励机制存在的问题,探讨针对优秀员工精准激励的策略,以期推动中小型饲料企业可持续发展。
After years of reform,great changes have taken place in China’s industrial structure,global trade and economic environment,feed industry is also deeply affected,small and medium-sized feed enterprises are facing many challenges and uncertainties.In order to promote the further development of small and medium-sized feed enterprises,talent is one of the important factors for sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper,problems existing in incentive mechanism of excellent employees in small and medium-sized feed enterprises were deeply analyzed,the strategy of precise incentive for excellent employees was discussed,in order to promote the sustainable development of small and medium-sized feed enterprises.
