摘要
花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)是一种重要的油料作物,在世界范围内广泛种植。花生具有很高的经济价值,而花期相关性状(始花期、开花期和盛花期)直接影响花生的生育期,从而影响花生的产量和经济效益。本研究以白沙1016(母本)与ICGV86699(父本)杂交构建的RIL群体为材料,基于高密度遗传图谱,利用QTL IciMapping完备复合区间作图法(ICIM)对供试材料三个环境下始花期、开花期和盛花期性状进行QTL定位。在14个连锁群上定位到43个QTL,LOD值为2.50~10.20,表型变异贡献率为2.48%~11.04%,其中,Q_(IFD)-12-2、Q_(FD)-12-2、Q_(FBD)-12-2为调控始花期、开花期和盛花期的三个主效QTL,位于12号连锁群的同一标记区间内,区间长度2.58 Mb。
Cultivated peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)is an important oil crop with high economic value,and it is widely planted all over the world.Characters related to flowering time,including initial flowering date(IFD),flowering date(FD)and full-blooming date(FBD),directly determine its growth and maturity which were closely related to peanut yield and economic benefit.In present study,a population of recombinant inbred lines(RIL)derived from the cross between Baisha 1016(female parent)and ICGV86699(male parent)was used to map QTLs of IFD,FD and FBD.Based on a high-density genetic linkage map,the QTLs were analyzed using phenotypic data from three environments by inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM)method.A total of 43 QTLs were detected in 14 linkage groups with the LOD value ranging from 2.50 to 10.20,and the phenotypic variation explained(PVE)by each QTL ranged from 2.48%to 11.04%.In which,the Q_(IFD)-12-2,Q_(FD)-12-2 and Q_(FBD)-12-2 located in the same region of chromosome 12 with the interval length as 2.58 Mb were identified as the main-effect QTLs regulating IFD,FD and FBD,respectively.
