摘要
花生播种出苗期低温是我国北方和东北产区花生生产的主要限制因子。为解决这一问题,本研究进行春季早播多点试验和室内低温预处理常温发芽试验。结果表明,根据田间最低出苗率鉴定出3份高耐、4份中耐、9份低耐、4份不耐低温花生材料;花生播种出苗期耐低温性广义遗传力估值为中或高的水平,说明具有一定遗传改良潜力;室内发芽率与田间最低出苗率呈显著正相关(r=0.5763),说明室内发芽试验可作为花生耐低温性种质鉴定的初步筛选手段。
Low temperature during sowing to emergence period is the main limiting factor for peanut production in the northern and northeastern regions in China.In order to solve this problem,the spring early sowing multi-location tests and the indoor low temperature pretreatments and room temperature germination tests were carried out.Three peanut genotypes with high tolerance,4 with intermediate tolerance,9 with low tolerance and 4 without tolerance were identified based on the lowest emergence percentage.The broad-sense heritability for low temperature tolerance during sowing to emergence was estimated to be medium or high,suggesting that there was a certain potential for genetic improvement.The indoor germination percentage was found to be significantly positively correlated with the lowest emergence rate in field(r=0.5763),indicating that the indoor germination test might be used as a preliminary screening method for the identification of peanut genotypes with low temperature tolerance.
