摘要
为有效解决电工电子学课程内容陈旧、与部队需求脱节等问题,以突出学员能力生成为导向,在探索如何优化课程体系、组织有效教学、构建多元化课程考核评价等方面进行了积极探索.实践表明,课程教学改革不仅提高了学员的工程实践能力和创新能力,也为学员能力生成奠定了坚实基础.
Aiming at the contradiction and problems in electrical and electronics course teaching,for example obsolete content,the separation between theory and application of military,teaching groups optimize course system,adopt multiple teaching methods to organize the effective teaching and construct the diversified assessment ways in teaching practice.Practice has proved,the teaching reformation can improve the engineering practice ability and the creative ability,and lay the foundation for cadets′capability generation.
