第四次工业革命的兴起,将会对未来城市发展产生深远影响,如何协调"技术发展"和"以人为本"的理念是未来城市探索的关键问题。文章基于未来城市探索演进历程的认识,总结得出未来城市的理论与实践从早期追求技术理性与秩序,转向当前以人为本的可持续发展阶段,并结合第四次工业革命的时代背景,从智慧宜居、智慧交通和智慧生态等方面探讨了适应"技术"和"人本"协调发展的未来城市空间发展模式。

The fourth industrial revolution will have a profound impact on the development of future cities.How to coordinate the concepts of "technical development" and "people-oriented" is a key point in the exploration of future cities.This paper analyzes the evolution process of the exploration of future city,and demonstrates that the theory and practice of future cities have transferred from the early pursuit of technological rationality to the current stage of human-oriented sustainable development.In the context of new technology development,this paper proposes a spatial mode of future cities from the aspects of smart livability,smart transportation and smart ecology,which coordinate the development of "technology" and "humanism".
