摘要
高密度居住区是许多亚洲城市常见的居住模式,用于解决城市土地稀缺、人口增长快速等问题。然而,社会的发展趋势与颠覆性科技的变革促使人们改变生活习惯,进而影响未来邻里空间的使用与布局。文章探讨影响未来邻里空间变化的3个主要趋势—促进共享与协同合作文化、推广减少用车的居住环境及促进老年友好环境规划与建设,基于新加坡公共住宅的发展与演变经验,建立一个未来居住区综合设计框架,指导邻里空间的规划与建设,使邻里空间具备弹性空间以满足未来使用与分配布局,并提出可广泛应用于高密度居住区规划的新范式。
High-density housing neighbourhood has become a primary urban model in Asian cities,especially in the view of urban land scarcity and rapid population growth.Meanwhile,the significant social development trends and the emergence of disruptive innovations have changed people’s lifestyle and further ramifications on space usage and provision in the neighborhood.This study aims to propose an integrated design framework for future housing neighbourhoods to respond in prior the critical challenges of the emerging triple trends including sharing and collaborative economy,car-lite environment and population aging.The framework guides future space provision and allocation;and offers a new planning paradigm to be widely applied in the future high-density housing neighbourhoods.
