城市社区中老幼互助建筑空间设计研究

Research on the Design of the Old and Young MutualSolidarity Architecture in Urban Community

随着我国人口老龄化问题日趋严重,老年人逐渐边缘化,而儿童上课时段与父母工作时段的差异性导致其课后活动空白问题凸显。针对这些问题,提出在城市社区中创建老幼互助空间的构想。基于对老幼群体行为特征的分析,探讨通过改造或新建建筑,构建城市社区老幼互助空间系统,以期给儿童提供看护、活动空间,给有责任能力的老人提供老有所用的场所,补充现有老幼空间形式和服务体系。

Chinese aging problem shows tendency of empty nest and marginalization as our national aging population is more and more serious.However,it is obvious for children to face problems such as their disappearing extracurricular activities due to the difference with their parents′working time.Aiming at the common demand of the old and the young in urban community and architectural space,the paper proposes to create an architectural space for community intergenerational solidarity between the aged and children.Also,based on the analysis among the aged and young behavior characteristics,this paper discusses to establish a building space system of mutual assistance for the old and the young through transforming or reconstructing a new building.The purpose of this paper is to provide children with humanized communication space and provide the elder who have the ability and sense of responsibility with site where they can make a difference in order to supplement current space form and service system for the old and the young people.
