高校青年博士教师角色转换的困境及应对措施 被引量:4

摘要 青年博士是高校师资的重要组成部分,从缺乏足够的教学水平与经验、所学知识与授课科目不匹配、科研平台水平较低、独立科研难度较大、科研项目申请较难等方面阐述了青年博士教师角色转化所面临的困境。针对这些问题,从完善绩效考核、优化薪酬分配模式、深化人事制度改革、完善团队协作和传帮带机制、激发教学积极性与荣誉感、加强教学和科研培训、营造宽松学术环境、改革行政管理方式等方面提出了高校青年博士教师角色转换的具体应对措施。 Young teachers with PhD are an important part of the faculty in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the role transformation dilemma of young teachers with PhD in the following aspects:lack of sufficient teaching ability and experience,mismatch between knowledge and teaching subjects,low level of scientific research platform,difficulty in independent scientific research,and great difficulty in applying for scientific research projects.Therefore,Based on these problems the paper puts forward some specific measures to change the role of young teachers with PhD in colleges and universities from the aspects of improving performance appraisal system,optimizing salary distribution mode,deepening the reform of personnel system,improving team cooperation and mentoring mechanism,stimulating teaching enthusiasm and sense of honor,strengthening teaching and research training,creating a relaxed academic environment,and innovating administrative management mode.
