人乳头瘤病毒感染基因型对妇女宫颈鳞状细胞癌和腺癌发病的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Human Papillomavirus Infection Genotype on the Incidence of Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Adenocarcinoma in Women

摘要 目的:分析人乳头瘤病毒感染基因型对妇女宫颈鳞状细胞癌和腺癌发病的影响。方法:将2018年1月~2019年3月期间某院收取的40例宫颈正常组织作为对照组,同期将40例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织作为研究1组,40例宫颈腺癌组织作为研究2组,借助PCR技术与基因芯片检测技术对HPV感染23种基因进行分型,对比分析3组的HPV感染率与HPV感染基因型具体分布情况。结果:对照组相较于研究1组和研究2组,HPV感染阳性率较低(P<0.05),且研究2组的HPV感染阳性率相较于研究1组较低(P<0.05);3组患者一重感染、二重感染与多重感染例数均差异显著(P<0.05);对照组HPV感染阳性患者中,HPV-43基因型的比例(40.00%)最高,研究1组HPV感染阳性患者中HPV-16(43.24%)与HPV-18(40.54%)基因型比例最高;研究2组HPV感染阳性患者中HPV-16(33.33%)与HPV-18(36.67%)基因型比例最高(P<0.05)。结论:HPV-16与HPV-18基因型与宫颈鳞癌、腺癌的发生与发展均具有十分密切的联系,且积极参与到宫颈癌患者的多重HPV感染中,因此临床需要密切关注HPV的感染,对宫颈癌预防且具有积极意义。 Objective:To analyze the influence of human papillomavirus infection genotype on the incidence of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma in women.Methods:40 cases of normal cervical tissue in a hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as control group,40 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue were taken as study group 1,and 40 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma tissue as study group 2 at the same time.With the help of PCR technology and gene chip detection technology,23 genes of HPV infection were classified,and the HPV infection rate and the specific distribution of HPV infection genotype in 3 groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The positive rate of HPV infection in control group was lower than that in study group 1 and study group 2(P<0.05),and the positive rate of HPV infection in study group 2 was lower than that in study group 1(P<0.05).The proportion of HPV-43 genotypes(40.00%)was the highest among HPV positive patients in the control group,the proportion of HPV-16(43.24%)and HPV-18(40.54%)genotypes were the highest among HPV positive patients in the study group 1,and the proportion of HPV-16(33.33%)and HPV-18(36.67%)genotypes were the highest among HPV positive patients in the study group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:HPV-16 and HPV-18 genotypes are closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma,and actively participate in multiple HPV infections in cervical cancer patients.Therefore,it is clinically necessary to pay close attention to the infection of HPV,which is of positive significance for the prevention of cervical cancer.
