TCT联合HPV-DNA检测对子宫颈上皮内病变患者诊断效能的影响

Effect of TCT Combined with HPV-DNA Detection on Diagnostic Efficacy of Patients with Cervical Intraepithelial Lesions

目的:探讨薄层液基细胞学(TCT)联合人乳头瘤病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HPV-DNA)检测对子宫颈上皮内病变(Cervical inraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)患者诊断效能的影响。方法:选取2017年2月~2019年1月某院CIN患者107例,其中CINⅠ级患者22例,CINⅡ、CINⅢ级患者45例,子宫颈原位癌(CIS)40例,均行TCT、HPV-DNA检测,比较TCT、HPV-DNA单独与联合诊断CIN的检出率。结果:TCT、HPV-DNA联合检测检出率高于单一方法检测(P<0.05)。结论:TCT联合HPV-DNA检测可提高CIN检出率,为临床提供有效筛查手段。

Objective:To investigate the effect of thin-layer liquid-based cytology(TCT)combined with human papillomavirus deoxyribonucleic acid(HPV-DNA)detection on the diagnostic efficacy of patients with cervical intraepithelial lesions(CIN).Methods:107 patients with CIN treated in a hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were selected,including 22 patients with CIN class I,45 patients with CIN II and CIN III,and 40 patients with cervical carcinoma in situ(CIS).All patients were given TCT and HPV-DNA detection,and the detection rate of TCT,HPV-DNA alone and combined diagnosis of CIN were compared.Results:The detection rate of combined detection of TCT and HPV-DNA was higher than that of single method(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCT combined with HPV-DNA detection can improve the detection rate of CIN and provide an effective screening method for clinic.
