中央型肺癌临床诊断中CT检查与X线胸片的应用对比

Comparison of CT Examination and Chest X-ray in the Clinical Diagnosis of Central Lung Cancer

目的:探讨中央型肺癌临床诊断中CT检查与X线胸片的应用情况。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年5月某院收治的中央型肺癌患者62例,所有患者均进行CT检查与X线胸片检查,病理检查确诊,比较两种检查方法检出率、对各疾病类型检出符合率。结果:CT检查检出率高于X线胸片检查(P<0.05);CT检查对各疾病类型检出符合率高于X线胸片检查(P<0.05)。结论:中央型肺癌临床诊断中,CT检查检出率更高,值得临床使用。

Objective:To explore the application of CT examination and Chest X-ray in the clinical diagnosis of central lung cancer.Methods:A total of 62 patients with central lung cancer admitted to a hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected.All patients underwent CT examination and Chest X-ray examination,and were confirmed by pathological examination.The detection rate of the two methods and the coincidence rate of each disease type were compared.Results:The detection rate of CT was higher than that of X-ray chest radiograph(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of CT examination for each disease type was higher than that of X-ray chest examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT examination has a higher detection rate in the clinical diagnosis of central lung cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
