产后出血产妇应用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的效果分析

Effect of Carprost Aminotriol in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:观察产后出血产妇应用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的效果。方法:选定某院收治的产后出血产妇82例,研究时段自2016年1月~2018年10月,采取回顾性分析方式,分组原则以治疗方式差异性为主,分为对照组(缩宫素治疗)和试验组(在对照组基础上联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗)各41例,比较临床疗效、一氧化氮、脑钠肽和不良反应。结果:试验组临床总有效率(92.68%)显著较对照组(75.61%)高,具统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组治疗前一氧化氮(NO)、脑钠肽(BNP)水平与对照组存在差异,治疗2d后两组上述水平降低,且试验组低于对照组,具统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率(4.88%)与对照组(7.32%)相比存在差异,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:在产后出血产妇治疗中,卡前列素氨丁三醇止血效果理想,且安全性较高,值得借鉴。

Objective:To observe the effect of carprost aminotriol on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:82 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage treated in a hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into the control group(41 cases,oxytocin treatment)and the experimental group(41 cases,carprost aminotriol based on the control group)according to the different treatment methods.The clinical curative effect,nitric oxide,brain natriuretic peptide and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(92.68%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.61%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of nitric oxide(NO)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in the experimental group before treatment were different from the control group,after 2 d of treatment,the above levels decreased in the two groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(4.88%)was different from that in the control group(7.32%),but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,caprost aminotriol has good hemostatic effect and higher safety,which is worthy of reference.
