摘要
目的:研究腹部手术患者采用不同浓度罗哌卡因对胃肠功能和下肢运动神经阻滞的影响价值。方法:选取2017年12月~2018年12月期间某院接收的腹部手术患者82例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为高浓度组和低浓度组各41例,高浓度组患者采用0.25%罗哌卡因联合2ug/mL芬太尼进行麻醉,低浓度组采用0.20%罗哌卡因联合2ug/mL芬太尼进行麻醉,研究两组术后第一次排气时间、镇痛后50h肠鸣音次数、下肢运动神经阻滞起效时间、下肢运动神经阻滞恢复时间、镇痛后50h不良反应发生概率。结果:低浓度组术后第一次排气时间明显短于高浓度组(P<0.05);低浓度组镇痛后50h肠鸣音次数明显高于高浓度组(P<0.05);低浓度组下肢运动神经阻滞起效时间、下肢运动神经阻滞恢复时间,镇痛后50h不良反应发生概率均明显低于高浓度组(P<0.05)。结论:腹部手术患者采用低浓度罗哌卡因对胃肠功能和下肢运动神经阻滞的效果显著,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To study the effect of different concentration of ropivacaine on gastrointestinal function and lower limb motor block in patients undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods:82 patients with abdominal surgery in a hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research object and divided into high concentration group and low concentration group by using random number method.The high concentration group(41 cases)was anesthetized with 0.25%ropivacaine combined with 2ug/mL fentanyl,and the low concentration group(41 cases)was anesthetized with 0.20%ropivacaine combined with 2ug/mL fentanyl.The first exhaust time after operation,50 h bowel sounds after analgesia,the onset time of lower extremity motor nerve block,the recovery time of lower extremity motor nerve block,and the probability of adverse reactions 50 h after analgesia were studied in the two groups.Results:After operation,the first exhaust time in low concentration group was significantly shorter than that in high concentration group(P<0.05).The 50 h bowel sounds after analgesia in the low concentration group was significantly higher than that in high concentration group(P<0.05).The onset time of lower extremity motor nerve block,the recovery time of lower extremity motor nerve block and the probability of adverse reactions after 50 h analgesia were significantly lower than those in high concentration group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of low concentrations of ropivacaine on gastrointestinal function and lower limb motor block in patients undergoing abdominal surgeryis remarkable and can be popularized in clinic.
