硝苯地平联合贝那普利治疗社区老年高血压的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Nifedipine Combined with Benazepril in the Treatment of Elderly Hypertension in Community

目的:考察社区老年高血压患者采用硝苯地平联合贝那普利治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2018年2月~2019年5月治疗老年高血压患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组各56例,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组给予硝苯地平控释片联合贝那普利片治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组舒张压和收缩压均明显降低,且与对照组对比,观察组舒张压和收缩压降低幅度明显更优,症状缓解时间明显更短,总有效率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:社区老年高血压患者采用硝苯地平控释片联合贝那普利片治疗,临床效果确切,利于患者平稳降压,可在基层医院内推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with benazepril on elderly hypertension in community.Methods:112 elderly patients with hypertension from February 2018 to may 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with benazepril tablets to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly reduced,and compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly better in reducing diastolic and systolic blood pressure,the symptom relief time was significantly shorter,and the total effective rate was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with benazepril tablets are effective in the treatment of elderly hypertension in community,which is beneficial to the stable blood pressure reduction of patients and can be popularized in basic hospitals.
