中药冷热交替疗法对髌骨骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者HSS评分的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Hot and Cold Alternating Therapy on HSS Score in Patients with Knee Joint Dysfunction after Patellar Fracture

目的:分析中药冷热交替疗法对髌骨骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS评分)的影响。方法:选取某院2015年5月~2019年5月76例髌骨骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者,依照治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组接受中药热疗,观察组接受中药冷热交替疗法,比较两组HSS评分、生活能力。结果:治疗后,观察组HSS评分较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药冷热交替疗法治疗髌骨骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者,能有效改善其膝关节功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Chinese herbal hot and cold alternating therapy on knee joint score(HSS score)of American Special Surgery Hospital for patients with knee joint dysfunction after patellar fracture.Methods:76 patients with knee joint dysfunction after patellar fracture in a hospital from May 2015 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the two groups according to the different treatment methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received Chinese medicine hyperthermia,and the observation group received the traditional Chinese medicine cold and hot alternating therapy,then the HSS score and living ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the HSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the daily living ability scale(ADL)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine cold-hot alternating therapy for knee joint dysfunction after patellar fracture can effectively improve knee function and improve quality of life.
