首发老年抑郁症患者实施艾司西酞普兰合并支持性心理治疗分析

Clinical Value of Escitalopram Therapy Combined with Supportive Psychotherapy in Patients with the First Episode of Geriatric Depression

目的:探析首发老年抑郁症患者使用艾司西酞普兰治疗并联合支持性心理治疗的临床价值。方法:选取2016年6月~2019年6月到某院治疗的首发老年抑郁症患者80例作为观察对象,按随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组使用艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组艾司西酞普兰并结合支持性心理治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后HAMD、不良反应情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者HAMD评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者HAMD评分显著低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:首发老年抑郁症患者给予艾司西酞普兰并联合支持性心理治疗具有显著效果,及时缓解患者不良情绪。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of escitalopram therapy combined with supportive psychotherapy in the first episode of geriatric depression.Methods:80 patients with first-episode geriatric depression who were treated in a hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with escitalopram,and the patients in the observation group were treated with escitalopram combined with supportive psychotherapy.The HAMD and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment,the HAMD score of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Escitalopram therapy combined with supportive psychotherapy has a significant effect on the first episode of geriatric depression,and can relieve the patients'bad mood in time.
