生化汤加减治疗血瘀型产后发热的效果及不良反应探讨

Discussion on the Effect and Adverse Reactions of Biochemical Decoction in the Treatment of Blood Stasis Postpartum Fever

目的:分析生化汤加减治疗血瘀型产后发热的效果及不良反应。方法:以某院2017年1月~2019年3月收治的80例血瘀型产后发热患者作为研究对象,借助双盲随机抽样法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予头孢类抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以生化汤加减治疗,评定两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应、体温降至正常时间与子宫复旧情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的子宫复旧情况无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组相较于对照组患者的子宫复旧情况改善显著(P<0.05);观察组(97.50%)相较于对照组(82.50%)治疗效果较高;观察组相较于对照组患者的体温降至正常时间较短(P<0.05);两组患者未见明显的不良反应发生。结论:血瘀型产后发热患者予以头孢类抗生素联合生化汤加减治疗具有明显优势,在提升患者治疗效果的同时改善子宫复旧情况,进而减少药物不良反应,缩短体温降至正常时间,值得临床进一步深究与采纳。

Objective:To analyze the effect and adverse reactions of biochemical decoction in the treatment of blood stasis postpartum fever.Methods:80 cases of patients with blood stasis postpartum fever in a hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research object and divided into the control group and observation group with the help of a double-blind,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given cephalosporin antibiotic treatment,and the observation group was given biochemical decoction on the basis of control group,then the therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,time of temperature decreased to normal and uterine recovery in the two groups were evaluated.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in uterine recovery between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the uterine recovery in the the observation group significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(82.50%).Compared with the control group,the time of temperature decreased to normal in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:The combined treatment of cephalosporin antibiotics and biochemical decoction has obvious advantages in patients with blood stasis postpartum fever.It is easy to improve the treatment effect of patients and improve the condition of uterine rejuvenation,thus reducing adverse drug reactions and shortening the time for body temperature to fall to normal,which is worthy of further clinical investigation and adoption.
