PDCA循环法在改善药房管理质量中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of PDCA Cycle Method in Improving the Quality of Pharmacy Management

目的:探讨药房管理中实施PDCA循环法的效果。方法:选择2019年6月~2020年6月医院药房发放药品资料,根据不同药房管理方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组实行传统管理,观察组实行PDCA循环法,比较两组药品管理效果、药品差错状况。结果:观察组药品调配正确率、审核正确率均高于对照组,药品差错检出率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在配备差错、处方差错、医嘱差错以及总差错率上均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在药房管理中实施PDCA循环法,可显著降低药品差错率,建议在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA cycle method in pharmacy management.Methods:The drug data from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods.The control group adopted traditional management,while the observation group adopted PDCA cycle method,and the drug management effect and drug errors of the two groups were compared.Results:The drug formulation accuracy and audit accuracy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the drug error detection rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in allocation error,prescription error,doctor's order error and total error rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle method in pharmacy management can significantly reduce drug error rate,which is suggested to be popularized in clinical practice.
