自我效能理论在慢性肾衰维持性血液透析患者体重管理教育中的应用

Application of Self-efficacy Theory in Weight Management Education of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探讨自我效能理论在慢性肾衰维持性血液透析患者体重管理教育中的应用价值。方法:2019年1月~2020年3月,某院共收治102例慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析治疗患者,依循双色球分组法将患者分为对照组和研究组各51例,对照组给予常规体重管理教育,研究组联合自我效能理论干预,获取两组干预期间的相关数据,并进行统计学分析。结果:干预后研究组干体重达标率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组焦虑评分、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者采用自我效能理论的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application value of self-efficacy theory in weight management education of maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:102 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure treated in a hsopital from January 2019 and March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the double chromosphere grouping method.The control group(51 cases)was given regular weight management education,and the study group(51 cases)was given self-efficacy theory intervention based on the control group,then the relevant data in the two groups of intervention were obtained and statistically analyzed.Results:After intervention,the dry weight reaching rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety score,self-care ability score and quality of life score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-efficacy theory is effective in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
