摘要
以雄烯二酮为原料,制得16E-苯亚甲基甾体衍生物(1);1和3-氨基吡唑反应合成了D-环吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶基修饰的雄烯二酮类衍生物,收率达72%,其结构经^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。
The 16E-benzylidene steroidal derivative was prepared from androstenedione,then reacted with 3-aminopyrazole in the presence of two equivalents of potassium tert-butoxide in ethanol to synthesis a novel D-ring fused pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine.The yield was up to 72%and the structure was characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and HR-MS(ESI).
