Ru基催化剂载体表面改性对草酸二甲酯加氢反应的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以活性炭作为载体,利用氮掺杂、弱氧化和强氧化的方法对活性炭表面进行改性,用于制备Ru基催化剂,考察了改性前后催化剂的活性金属分散度、石墨化结构和水浸润性等,并研究其对草酸二甲酯加氢反应性能的影响。结果表明,强氧化改性的Ru/AC-HNO_(3)催化剂展现出最佳的催化活性,乙醇酸甲酯的收率达到了92.3%。强氧化改性提升了催化剂表面水浸润性,有助于Ru前驱体溶液在载体表面的分散以及催化剂与反应物的接触。同时,氧化改性可维持碳载体表面的石墨化结构,有利于载体和活性中心之间的电子传递,进一步提高了催化加氢性能。 The surface modification method of active carbon(AC) to prepare supported Ru-based catalysts.Through nitrogen doping,weak oxidation and strong oxidation,the AC support was modified and used to support Ru.The graphitization structures and wettability of the catalysts were systematically investigated,and their effects on DMO hydrogenation activity were explored.The results showed that the Ru/AC-HNO_(3) catalyst after strong oxidation modification exhibited the highest catalytic activity,with a methyl glycolate yield of 92.3%.The strong oxidative modification greatly improves the water wettability of the catalyst,which contributes to the dispersion of Ru during the preparation and the accessibility of the reactants on the catalysts during the reaction.In addition,the graphitized structures of the AC can be maintained after strong oxidative modification,which facilitates the electron transfer between the support and the active sites,thus leading to a boosted catalytic hydrogenation activity.
