摘要
研究了有机络合剂对Co-Mo/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂的金属分散度和硫化行为的影响。结果表明,添加有机络合剂的Co-Mo/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂更容易发生硫化,有机络合剂可以降低新鲜Co-Mo/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂硫化后的比表面积和孔容损失,提高了新鲜催化剂的中等强度酸位的强度,增强硫化物与催化剂之间的作用力。通过添加有机络合剂,新鲜催化剂硫化后的活性金属的团聚程度从59.5%降低至25.5%。
The effect of organic complexing agent on metal dispersion and sulfidation behavior of Co-Mo/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst were comparatively investigated.The results show that the addition of organic complexing agent can make sulfidation of fresh Co-Mo/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)easier and decrease the specific surface area and pore volume reduction of fresh Co-Mo/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst after sulfidation,increase the medium-strength acid content,and enhance the bonding between sulfur and fresh catalyst.By adding organic complexing agent,the agglomeration ratio of the active metals on fresh catalyst reduced from 59.5%to 25.5%after sulfidation.
