含油污泥高值转化过程Mo基负载催化剂的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对延长石油公司的含油污泥进行水相、油相、固相三相分离,并进行成分分析,对油相采用Mo基催化剂进行催化热解反应,考察温度、负载条件以及催化剂制备方法对油相芳构化程度的影响。结果表明,在500℃下,MoO_(3)/ZSM-5分子筛催化剂能有力促进油相成分中长链饱和烃转化为芳香烃。催化热解后,油相中芳香烃质量分数可提高5.6%,沸程下降300℃,重质油明显降低。 The oily sludge from Yanchang Petroleum Company was first separated into water phase,oil phase and solid phase three phases.The main composition of each phase was analyzed.Then,Mo-based catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal and impregnation methods.The catalytic pyrolysis of oil phase over the different Mo catalysts were studied.The effects of temperatures,Mo loading and catalyst preparation methods on the aromatization degree of oil phase components were investigated.The results show that MoO_(3)/ZSM-5 zeolite supported catalyst has the best effect on the conversion of long chain saturated hydrocarbon to aromatic hydrocarbon at 500 ℃.The aromatic hydrocarbon mass fraction in the oil phase increased by 5.6%,the boiling range decreased by 300 ℃,and the heavy oil was significantly reduced.
