摘要
针对青海油田结蜡严重、产油含蜡率高的现状,对清蜡剂产品合成常用的有机溶剂、表面活性剂和各类助剂进行选择,研制出一种新型乳液型清蜡剂,而后确定了配方体系并进行优化。结果表明,当配方为w(复配有机溶剂)=50%,w(复配表面活性剂)=2%,w(乙二醇丁醚)=3.8%,w(氢氧化钠)=1%,其余为水;其中有机溶剂复配比例为m(石油醚)∶m(正庚烷)∶m(正辛烷)=2∶3∶1,表面活性剂复配比例为m(AEO-9)∶m(SDBS)∶m(吐温-80)=3∶3∶2时,该清蜡剂针对青海油田油蜡具有良好的溶解效果,溶蜡速率达0.0283 g/min。且各项指标评价均达到相关标准,具有清蜡速率较快、安全稳定、低毒环保等优势,对青海油田乳液型清蜡剂的研制有一定参考意义。
According to the situation of serious paraffin precipitation and high paraffin content in oil production in Qinghai Oilfield,a new type of emulsion paraffin removal agent was developed,through the selection of organic solvents,surfactants and various additives,which are commonly used in the synthesis of paraffin removal products.Then the optimal formulation system was determined and the performance was evaluated.The results show that the paraffin removal agent has a well dissolution effect of oil wax in Qinghai Oilfield when the formulation is w(compounding organic solvent)=50%,w(compounding surfactant)=2%,w(butyl glycolate)=3.8%,w(sodium hydroxide)=1%,and the rest is water,and the organic solvent compounding ratio(all are mass ratio)is m(petroleum ether)∶m(n-heptane)∶m(n-octane)=2∶3∶1,the surfactant compounding ratio is m(AEO-9)∶m(SDBS)∶m(Tween-80)=3∶3∶2.The paraffin dissolution rate reaches 0.0283 g/min.In addtion,the evaluation of each index has reached the relevant standards.The agent has the advantages of fast paraffin removal rate,safety,stability,low toxicity and environmental protection.It has certain reference significance for the development of emulsion paraffin removal agent in Qinghai Oilfield.
