摘要
为解决燃煤机组产生的大量烟气余热难以进行回收利用的问题,提出了一种低温省煤器耦合暖风器的烟气余热深度利用技术方案,该技术将锅炉系统和汽轮机回热抽汽系统结合在一起,实现能量的梯级利用和能量品位的转换,从而提高系统经济性。以某电厂600 MW等级超临界机组的应用方案为例,对低温省煤器耦合暖风器系统进行了计算分析。结果表明:该系统的最大节煤量为2.0 g/(kW·h),节能效果明显,经济性较佳。
In order to solve the problem which is difficult to recycle a large amount of backwater produced by heat supply units,this paper puts forward a technical scheme for deep utilization of flue gas waste heat from low temperature economizer coupling air heater,this technology combines boiler system with steam turbine reheat extraction system to realize cascade utilization of energy and conversion of energy grade,so as to improve the economy of the system.Take the application scheme of 600 MW supercritical grade unit as an example,the coupling air heater system of low temperature economizer is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the maximum coal saving amount of the system is 2.0 g/(kW·h).The effect of energy saving is obvious and the economy is better.
