腹部局部理疗联合整肠生治疗小儿腹泻病的安全性及有效性评价

Evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of abdominal physiotherapy combined with Zhengchangsheng capsules in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的:探讨腹部局部理疗联合整肠生胶囊治疗小儿急性轮状病毒感染腹泻的临床效果。方法:将96例急性轮状病毒感染腹泻患儿分为研究组和对照组,每组各48例。研究组采取基础治疗+整肠生胶囊+腹部局部理疗治疗,对照组采用基础治疗+整肠生胶囊治疗;比较两组患者临床症状评分、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗3 d后,研究组的大便次数、性状改变、有无哭吵、发热、呕吐、腹痛、精神萎靡评分均低于对照组,血清IL-6低于对照组,临床效果优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:腹部局部理疗联合整肠生胶囊治疗小儿急性轮状病毒感染腹泻安全且效果可靠,对于早期缓解患儿的临床症状具有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of local abdominal physiotherapy combined with Zhengchangsheng capsules on children with acute rotavirus infection diarrhea.Methods:96 children with acute rotavirus infection and diarrhea were divided into study group and control group by random number table,with 48 cases in each group.The study group took basic treatment+Zhengchangsheng capsule+abdominal local physical therapy,and the control group took basic treatment+Zhengchangsheng capsule treatment.The clinical symptom score,serum IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP,NO,SOD,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 days of treatment,the scores of stool frequency,character changes,crying,fever,vomiting,abdominal pain,and listlessness of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Serum IL-6 in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the clinical effect in the study groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal local physiotherapy combined with Zhengchangsheng capsule is safe and reliable in treating acute rotavirus infection diarrhea in children,and has a positive effect on early relief of clinical symptoms in children.
