摘要
为了方便外出旅行携带以及对液体温度有特殊需求的灌肠治疗操作,设计了一种便携式双控灌洗仪。该装置由微型蠕动泵、加热带、温度传感器、显示屏等结构组成,通过加热带使容器内液体温度达到指定值,利用温度传感器实时监测液体温度并反馈,从而实现温度控制。其控制系统以STM32单片机为核心,通过对按键、显示、加热、压力控制等模块的接口操作,实现灌洗仪的流量调节和温度控制。功能测试表明,该仪器具有良好的流量调节和温度控制性能,具有较高的实用价值。
For the convenience of traveling and enema treatment operations with special requirements for liquid temperature,a portable dual-control lavage instrument was designed.The device is composed of a micro peristaltic pump,a heating belt,a temperature sensor,a display screen and other structural designs.The temperature of the liquid in the container reaches a specified value through the heating belt,and the temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature of the liquid in real time and feedback,so as to realize temperature control.Its control system takes STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the core,and realizes the flow regulation and temperature control of the lavage instrument through the interface operation of the buttons,display,heating,pressure control and other modules.The functional test shows that the instrument has good flow regulation and temperature control performance,and has high practical value.
