黄土地区砖石古塔钻孔取土纠倾技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 钻孔取土纠倾施工简单、无振动、对原结构无损伤,可有效地降低黄土地区倾斜砖石古塔结构失稳的风险。结合陕西关中黄土地区万寿寺砖石古塔钻孔取土纠倾的工程实践,对钻孔取土技术的主要问题,包括:技术的适用条件、塔体倾斜成因与机理的勘察方法、纠倾过程中地基-塔体协同作用施工力学行为的分析、塔体结构稳定性保护的原则和方法、工作坑与钻孔的布置原则、塔体回倾控制的主要参数及其影响因素等进行了讨论。结果表明:选取钻孔地基层、孔深度和孔的倾斜角度等应首先考虑塔的整体稳定性;选择钻孔的直径、间距、布置的排数和取土量等应以有效控制回倾的速率和方向为目标。 Inclination-rectifying construction of drawing out soil in drilling hole is simple, without vibration, and without damage to the original structure, which can effectively reduce the risk of structural instability of the inclined ancient masonry pagoda in loess area. Combining with the engineering practice of inclination-rectifying of drawing out soil in drilling hole for Wanshou Temple ancient masonry pagoda in Guanzhong loess area of Shaanxi province, the main problems of drawing out soil in drilling hole technology were discussed, such as the applicable conditions of the technique, investigation method for the inclination cause and mechanism of pagoda body, analysis of construction mechanical behavior of foundation-pagoda body synergy in the process of inclination-rectifying, principles and methods of pagoda body structure stability protection, arrangement principle of working pit and holes main parameters and influencing factors of pagoda body back inclination control etc. The results indicate that the overall stability of the pagoda should be considered first when choosing foundation soil for drilling holes, the depth of the holes and the inclination angle of the holes. The diameter of holes,rows of the holes, drawing out the volume of soil etc., should be designed for the purpose of controlling the rate and direction of inclination-rectifying.
