羟基酪醇药理作用研究的新进展

New research progress on pharmacological actions of hydroxytyrosol

羟基酪醇是橄榄油中主要酚类化合物之一,是一种强抗氧化剂,具有广泛的药理作用,近年来逐渐受到医药界重视。经研究证实,羟基酪醇是性质温和的化合物,在抗微生物、抗炎,抗肿瘤、治疗心血管疾病,代谢综合征和解毒等方面显示出良好的药理作用。本文系统地对近年来羟基酪醇的药理作用研究进行了总结,为羟基酪醇进一步的研究开发提供参考。

Hydroxytyrosol(HT)is one of the main phenolic compounds in olive oil and is a strong antioxidant.It has a wide range of pharmacological actions and has gradually attracted the attention of the medicalcommunity in recent years.Studies have confirmed that HT is a mild compound,which has showngood performance in anti-microbial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,treatment of cardiovasculardiseases,metabolic syndrome,and detoxification.This manuscript systematically summarized thepharmacological actions of HT in recent years.This provides a reference for further research anddevelopment of HT.
