中职英语教师的工作场学习:现状及提升路径

摘要 中职英语教师因动力不足、消极怠工、安于现状,从而导致实际教学与教学目标偏差较大。工作场学习的意义在于创建学习共同体从而转变教师思维让教师进行持续性学习。从工作场学习出发探索出能够激发教师内在的源动力,为教师搭建提升桥梁。创设优质学习环境,通过混合式高效学习而提升中职教师专业素质的新路径。
