摘要
核电厂安全级DCS供货活动中,工程硬件设计、机柜结构设计、机柜集成通常为串行工作关系,工程设计是否标准统一,对后续的机柜结构设计、机柜集成等环节带来一系列的影响。而华龙一号堆型作为后续建设的主要堆型,为了提高设计效率和质量,本文提出一种安全级DCS工程硬件设计标准化的方法,分别从机柜功能标准化、设备选型标准化、机柜布局标准化、设备命名标准化及图纸输出标准化等不同维度进行标准化设计。该方法优化了设计流程及设计方法,不仅可以提升各环节效率,缩短项目工期,还可以提高安全级DCS的质量,保证核电及公众的安全。
In the safety DCS supply activities of nuclear power plant(NPP),the engineering hardware design,cabinet structure design and cabinet integration are usually serial working relationships.Whether the engineering design standards are unified or not will bring a series of impacts on the subsequent cabinet structure design and cabinet integration.In order to improve the design efficiency and quality,this paper proposes a standardization method of engineering hardware design of the safety DCS,which includes the standardization of cabinet function,equipment selection,cabinet layout,equipment naming and marking,and drawing output.This method optimizes the design process and design method,which can not only improve the efficiency,shorten the project duration,but also improve the quality of safety DCS,so as to ensure the nuclear safety of the public.
