摘要
为解决二拖一燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组天然气增压机控制系统(PLC)硬件故障频发,联锁保护非冗余设计,就地操作,远方监视及集控操作不便等问题,采用与主机控制系统(DCS)一体化方案进行增压机控制系统改造,实现了控制系统电源、控制卡件、通信网络以及联锁的冗余配置,对增压机的启动控制、增压机出口/入口阀门控制、防喘振控制、卸载控制、联锁控制、手动停机控制、甩负荷控制以及辅助油泵的控制等控制原理和实现方法进行了说明。改造后,大幅减少了因控制系统硬件、现场设备故障而导致的增压机跳闸机率,完善了监控功能,简化了增压机操作,实现了增压机的安全稳定运行。
In order to solve the problems such as frequent hardware failure,non-redundancy of interlock protection,local operation,remote monitoring and inconvenient centralized operation of CCPP natural gas booster control system(PLC),the scheme of integrate the PLC into the main Unit DCS was adopted,by doing this,the redundance was achieved on many aspect of the control system such as power supply,control module,communication network and interlock.the control principles and implementation methods of the start-up control,outlet/inlet valve control,anti-surge control,unload control,interlock control,manual shutdown control,load rejection control and auxiliary oil pump control of the booster are described.After the retrofit,the probability of trip caused by control system hardware and local equipment failure was remarkably reduced,the monitoring function is completed,the operation of booster is simplified,and the safe and stable operation is achieved.
