子宫内膜癌中Matriptase、HAI-1及uPA的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨Matriptase、HAI-1及uPA在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测Matriptase、HAI-1及uPA在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生以及子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况,分析其阳性表达率与临床病理特征的关系,探讨在以上不同性质的子宫内膜癌组织中Matriptase与HAI-1表达的相关性。结果:在子宫内膜癌中Matriptase和uPA高表达,HAI-1低表达(P<0.01)。在子宫内膜癌组织中Matriptase和uPA高表达及HAL-1低表达与组织分化、临床分期、淋巴转移、肌层浸润深度及淋巴脉管间隙浸润有关。子宫内膜癌组织中Matriptase与HAI-1的表达呈负相关(r=-0.514,P=0.000)。结论:Matriptase和uPA高表达及HAI-1低表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有关,可以作为子宫内膜癌的治疗靶点和预后标志物。 Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of Matriptase,HAI-1 and uPA in endometrial carcinoma.Methods:The Matriptase,HAI-1 and uPA in normal endometrium,atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma were detected thought immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the positive expression rate and clinicopathological features was analyzed and the correlation between Matriptase,HAI-1 and uPA expression in endometrial carcinoma was discussed.Results:Matriptase and uPA were highly expressed and HAI-1 was low in endometrial cancer(P<0.01).High expression of Matriptase and uPA expression and low express of HAL-1 in endometrial cancer were related to tissue differentiation,clinical stage,lymphatic metastasis,muscle depth and lymphatic vascular space infiltration.The Matriptase was negatively correlated with expression of HAI-1 in endometrial cancer(r=-0.514,P=0.000).Conclusion:The high expression of Matriptase and uPA and low expression of HAI-1 are related to the occurrence and development of endometrial tissue and can be used as a therapeutic target and prognostic marker for endometrial cancer.
