带锁髓内钉用于治疗股骨干骨折的疗效评价

Evaluation of the efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures

目的:分析应用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治股骨干骨折患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组予以钢板螺钉内固定治疗;试验组予以带锁髓内钉治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术后引流量、出血量及术后并发症率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,关节功能(Harris)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的效果显著,能够缩短手术与住院时间,减少出血量及术后引流量,且术后疼痛感轻微,并发症少,有利于膝关节功能的恢复。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,120 patients with femoral shaft fractures were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with steel plate and screw internal fixation.The experimental group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total clinical efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,fracture healing time,postoperative drainage volume,blood loss and postoperative complication rate of the experimental group were all lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score after treatment was lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and Harris score of knee joint function was higher in the experimental group than in the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of femoral shaft fractures with interlocking intramedullary nails is effective,it can significantly shorten the operation and hospital stay,reduce the amount of blood loss and postoperative drainage volume,and have slight postoperative pain and fewer complications,which is conducive to the recovery of knee function.
