厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪对高血压患者血压变异性和左心室肥厚的影响

Influence of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide on blood pressure variability and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension

目的:分析厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压对血压变异性和左心室肥厚的影响。方法:2018年4月-2020年4月收治高血压患者50例,均接受厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗,对比治疗前后患者血压水平、左心室各项指标水平、血压达标率和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后患者血压水平更佳,左心室各项指标水平更好,血压达标率更高,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且不良反应发生率较低。结论:采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压,可改善血压变异性和左心室肥厚,提升整体治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the influence of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide on blood pressure variability and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2020,50 patients with hypertension were selected and all received irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide treatment,we compared the blood pressure level,left ventricular index level,blood pressure compliance rate and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure level of patients was better,the indexes of left ventricle were better,and the blood pressure compliance rate was higher,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the incidence of adverse reactions was low.Conclusion:Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertension can improve blood pressure variability and left ventricular hypertrophy,and enhance the overall therapeutic effect.
