经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果及术后并发症及生活质量评价

The effect of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and evaluation of postoperative complications and quality of life of patients

目的:探究经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床价值。方法:2017年10月-2019年4月收治前列腺增生患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采取传统开放性手术治疗;研究组采取经尿道前列腺电切术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时间、出血量、导尿管留置时间和恢复时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果显著,术后并发症少,且能有效改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:From October 2017 to April 2019,80 cases of patients with prostatic hyperplasia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional open surgery.The study group underwent transurethral resection of prostate.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The operative time,amount of blood loss,catheter retention time and recovery time in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection of the prostate is effective in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia with less postoperative complications and it can effectively improve the quality of life.
