老年白内障超声乳化手术患者的手术室护理配合效果分析

Analysis of the effect of operating room nursing cooperation on senile cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification

目的:探讨接受白内障超声乳化术老年患者的手术室护理配合方法及应用效果。方法:2018年10月-2020年3月收治行白内障超声乳化术的老年患者74例,依据手术室护理方案不同分为两组,各37例。对照组运用常规手术室护理配合;观察组运用优质手术室护理配合。比较两组患者眼压和视力水平改善情况及术后并发症情况。结果:观察组术后3个月眼压水平低于对照组,视力水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在白内障超声乳化术中运用优质手术室护理配合,有助于提升老年患者的手术效果,并降低手术后的并发症风险。

Objective:To explore the method and application effect of nursing cooperation in operating room in senile cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification.Methods:From October 2018 to March 2020,74 senile cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group according to different operating room nursing programs.The control group used conventional operating room nursing cooperation.The observation group used high-quality operating room nursing cooperation.We compared the improvement of intraocular pressure and visual acuity and postoperative complications between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,at 3 months after operation,the intraocular pressure level was lower than that of the control group,and the visual acuity level was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In phacoemulsification,the application of high-quality operating room nursing cooperation is helpful to improve the surgical effect of elderly patients and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
