延续性护理对前列腺癌患者术后尿失禁和满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of continuous nursing on postoperative urinary incontinence and satisfaction of patients with prostate cancer

目的:探讨延续性护理对前列腺癌患者术后尿失禁及满意度的影响。方法:2018年5月-2020年8月收治前列腺癌患者20例,随机分为两组,各10例。试验组采用常规护理+延续性护理;对照组采用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组患者尿失禁发生率、尿失禁持续时间、前列腺癌术后知识掌握评分及护理满意度评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理方式的科学运用,可使前列腺癌患者尿失禁发生率显著降低,并显著缩短尿失禁持续时间,并显著提升患者的前列腺癌术后知识掌握评分,获得了满意的护理效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing on postoperative urinary incontinence and satisfaction of prostate cancer patients.Methods:From May 2018 to August 2020,20 cases of patients with prostate cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 10 cases in each group.The experimental group used conventional nursing+continuous nursing.The control group received conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of urinary incontinence,duration of urinary incontinence,postoperative knowledge mastery score of prostate cancer and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scientific application of continuous nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence in prostate cancer patients,it also can significantly shortened the duration of urinary incontinence,significantly improve the postoperative knowledge mastery score of prostate cancer and achieve satisfactory nursing results.
