综合护理干预对痔疮术后患者康复及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with hemorrhoids after operation

目的:分析综合护理干预对痔疮术后患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法:2018年2月-2020年3月收治痔疮患者90例,均接受手术治疗;随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予传统护理干预;观察组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者干预效果。结果:观察组首次排尿时间、首次排便时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔疮术后患者应用综合护理干预,可以更好地促进患者康复,并有利于改善生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation and quality of life of patients after operation.Methods:From February 2018 to March 2020,90 cases of patients with hemorrhoids were enrolled,all of patients underwent operation.They were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The first urination time,first defecation time and length of hospital stays in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with hemorrhoids after operation,it can better promote the recovery of patients and improve their quality of life.
