优质护理干预在登革热患者护理中的应用效果研究

Application of high quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with dengue fever

目的:探究优质护理干预在登革热患者护理中的应用效果。方法:2018年8月-2019年10月收治登革热患者125例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理;试验组采用优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组体温从介入治疗至恢复正常时间、皮疹从介入治疗至消退时间、血小板计数及白细胞计数从介入治疗至恢复正常水平时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预在登革热患者护理中的效果显著,能缩短各项临床指标的恢复时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application of high quality nursing intervention in the nursing of dengue fever patients.Methods:From August 2018 to October 2019,125 cases of dengue fever patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional nursing.The experimental group used high quality nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Body temperature from interventional treatment to return to normal time,skin rash from interventional treatment to resolution time and platelet and white blood cell from interventional treatment to return to normal time,length of hospital stays in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high quality nursing intervention in the nursing of dengue fever patients is remarkable,which can shorten the recovery time of clinical indicators and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
