基于SHARE关怀理念的行动研究对规培护士人文关怀能力的影响

Action research on training nurses'humanistic care ability based on SHARE care concept

目的:探讨基于SHARE关怀理念的行动研究引入规培护士人文关怀培训的效果。方法:选取2019年7月参加规范化培训的护士124名,随机分为两组,各62名。对照组接受常规教学计划的人文关怀课程学习;试验组在常规教学基础上增加SHARE关怀理念的学习和实践,并以行动研究的框架展开为期6个月共2个循环的研究。在行动研究前、第1循环和第2循环结束后,对两组护士进行关怀能力量表(CAI)调查,比较干预前后的结果。结果:干预6个月后,试验组CAI各维度得分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在基于SHARE关怀理念的行动研究中,通过创建关怀小组、角色扮演法和反思日记的方法,可提高规培护士的人文关怀能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of introducing the action research based on SHARE care concept into the humanistic care training of training nurses.Methods:In July 2019,124 nurses who participated in standardized training were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 62 nurses in each group.The control group received the routine teaching plan of humanistic care course.On the basis of routine teaching,the experimental group increased the learning and practice of SHARE care concept,and carried out a six-month,two cycle research in the framework of action research.Before action research,at the end of cycle 1 and cycle 2,we investigated the two groups of nurses with caring ability scale(CAI)and compared the results before and after the intervention.Results:After 6 months of intervention,the scores of each dimension and total score of CAI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the action research based on SHARE care concept,we can improve the humanistic care ability of nurses by creating care groups,role playing and reflection diary.
