血清同型半胱氨酸、血脂及超敏C反应蛋白水平与脑梗死发病的相关性影响评价

Effect evaluation of correlation between serum homocysteine,blood lipid level and hypersensitive C-reactive protein level and the incidence of cerebral infarction

目的:探究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血脂及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在脑梗死发病中的检测价值。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年9月脑梗死患者76例,作为试验组;同时选取健康体检者50例,作为对照组。两组均实施血清Hcy、血脂[高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)]及hs-CRP检测,分析检查结果。结果:试验组HDL水平低于对照组,LDL、TC、TG、Hcy、hs-CRP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进展型脑梗死患者相较于非进展型脑梗死患者,HDL水平更低,LDL、TC、TG水平更高,且Hcy、hs-CRP水平也更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死病情程度与Hcy、hs-CRP、LDL、TC、TG水平呈正相关(P<0.05);与HDL水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清Hcy、血脂及hs-CRP水平与脑梗死发病有着较强的相关性,临床可通过血清Hcy、血脂、hs-CRP水平的检测,为脑梗死患者的诊治提供参考依据。

Objective:To explore the value of serum homocysteine(Hcy),serum lipid level and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the detection of cerebral infarction.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,76 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the experimental group.At the same time,50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Serum Hcy,blood lipid and hs-CRP were detected in both groups,and the results were analyzed.Results:The HDL level of the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the LDL,TC,TG,Hcy and hs-CRP levels were all higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with patients with non-progressive cerebral infarction,patients with progressive cerebral infarction have lower HDL levels,higher LDL,TC,and TG levels,and higher Hcy and hs-CRP levels,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The severity of cerebral infarction was positively correlated with Hcy,hs-CRP,LDL,TC,and TG levels(P<0.05).It was negatively correlated with HDL level(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum Hcy,blood lipid and hs-CRP levels are strongly correlated with the incidence of cerebral infarction,Clinically,the levels of serum Hcy,blood lipid and hs-CRP can be measured to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients'diseases.
