长宁区天山社区的功能社区白领健康管理服务的探索与思考

社区卫生服务是满足居民卫生保健需求最经济、最适宜的一种方式。家庭医生作为社区卫生服务中心的主体,发挥了重要作用。目前家庭医生签约服务的主要对象还是以慢性病人群、老年人、儿童等重点人群为主,为了对接居民的多层次健康服务需求,进一步探索功能社区,长宁区天山路街道社区卫生服务中心以家庭医生工作室为主体,利用社区大党建平台为依托,以天山商圈白领中心为阵地,开展"医"系列服务,让家庭医生走出诊室,下沉社区,探索功能社区白领健康管理服务的新模式。

Community health service is the most economical and appropriate way to meet the health care needs of residents.As the main body of the community health service center,the family doctor plays an important role.At present,the main targets of family doctor contract services are people with chronic diseases,the elderly,children and other key groups.In order to meet the multi-level health service needs of residents and further explore functional communities,the community health service center of Tianshan Road in Changning District takes the family doctor studio as the main body,uses the community big party building platform as the support,and takes the Tianshan business district white-collar center as the position to carry out a series of"medical"services.Let the family doctor go out of the consultation room,sink the community,and explore a new mode of health management service for white-collar workers in the functional community.
